After a career as a designer in book publishing I now have more time to spend with a pencil and paintbrush rather than a mouse and keyboard. Observation of landscape has always been an incentive to get the sketchbook out and the human form is also a source of inspiration. At the moment my aim is to combine elements of both to create images that might intrigue and engage the viewer.
However, the real ambition is to take pleasure in the process, whatever the end result.
